Gemstone Elixirs & Healing Sprays: Aromatherapy with a Twist of Energy!

Quartz crystals are messengers of light. Gems, minerals and crystals hold a pattern of resonance, a type of vibration that offers the physical body a chance to heal. This vibration is crystallized within the pattern of the gemstone and has empathy when it is transferred to the unstable bio-molecular level of the body. This unstable pattern in the physical body is especially strong during the disease state. Quartz crystals hold the key to recollecting our individual and collective spiral evolutionary path of wholeness. Crystals are seeds of light that resonate a blueprint of perfection.
My fascination with quartz crystals began in the early 1980’s while I was living in Los Angeles. The boon of the quartz crystal industry was in its infancy and backyard rock shops displayed prize-winning crystals. I rummaged through massive collections of stones from South America, Arkansas and other global points; I became mesmerized by the different qualities and feelings that the crystals and minerals provided. In meditation one day, in the early 1990’s, I was instructed to create a line of gemstone and crystal elixirs that would repattern the emotional body.
Sovereign Light breaks-up negative—self-defeating belief patterns, layers of unworthiness, fear, denial and confusion gently peel away, while a radiant and knowing part of you emerges. Sovereign Light en-light-ens (allows-the-light in) to the physical body and unlocks spiritual wisdom already inlayed into the cellular wisdom. Each gemstone elixir awakens inner wisdom allowing us to truly accomplish our spiritual destiny here on Earth. The elixirs stimulate and awaken the cells memory with a frequency tone, a code vibration of light. This change steers us towards our Soul’s original blueprint pattern of perfection. Bringing a balanced state of awareness and this helps us connect to our inner truth and love.
To live in happiness, enjoy success, experience love and live a divine life the emotional belief patterns must be addressed. Who we are is made up a beliefs—stacked layer upon layer—creating awareness—inspiring and limiting us that provide excuses and lies about our identity and non-successes in life.
Emotional traumas fragment the very fabric of our lives and cause us to become paralyzed by fear and anger. When limiting emotions accumulate they stop the natural flow of energy in the physical body. Over time these ‘stuffed’ emotions cause stiffness, aches, pains and eventually disease Of course it isn’t what we know intellectually it is how we ‘feel’ or don’t feel about certain parts of life.
Three core patterns make up the foundation of each of us. They are: I Believe, I Am Worthy and I Am Love. These three core patterns operate in each and every person and they are the basis in which our lives take shape. When the ‘core’ of our being, at an energetic level comes into perfect alignment with our Soul’s ‘blueprint pattern’, we connect to our true Self.
I Believe, I Am Worthy and I Am Love are imbedded into the Soul since the inception of this human physical body. By the time we reach the age of two or three, however, we have changed the perception of the world around us. We begin shifting the core patterns of I Believe, I Am Worthy and I Am Love, to I don’t believe’, ‘I am not worthy’ and ‘I am not loved’. Not everyone changes all three core patterns at once, but most do.
At birth the Soul downloads any unresolved patterns from past lives through a vibrational sequence into the physical body: central nervous system, endocrine system and meridians and eventually into the cells who become receptacles of this energy/data. It is hard to imagine that at such a young age, we already have set the stage for the remainder of life. This inner system continues to operate until it is altered later in life. It is one, or a combination of the ‘core’ patterns that begin to break down the physical as we age.
Below is the list of Sovereign Light Crystal Elixirs. The Core Series is the foundation. When the core foundation is altered, the movement is deep, penetrating and long-lasting.
Core Series—I Believe, I Am Worthy, I Am Love and Smooth Transitions.
I Believe elixir alters the energy associated with negative beliefs already in the system. ‘I Believe’ embeds the positive principle into a negative principle to neutralize the limitation in the pattern. This allows patterns to expand into a great consciousness and change begins for all patterns in the system that are causing limitation.
I Am Worthy elixir unlocks the door to receiving. ‘I Am Worthy’ dismantle unworthiness in a gentle way. Allowing the pattern of I Am Worthy to awaken and take shape. Unworthiness is also undeserving, self-sabotage and self-esteem issues. One of the main reasons for illness and injury is an unworthiness pattern.
I Am Love elixir awakens and circulates self-love throughout the entire mind/body. It calls forward absolute pure unconditional love from the Soul for us to enjoy. Many times we ignore this love or are not worthy of it.
Smooth Transitions elixir provides a calming sensation during times of change. It balances change with a soothing feeling of love. Smooth Transitions feels like a pink blanket wrapped around us for comfort and security. And it takes the trauma out of any type of change. Smooth Transitions is added to this series to harmonize it.
Release Series—I Release Fear, I Release Anger, I Release Confusion, I Release Denial, I Release Resistance, I Release Emotional Addictions.
In order to get to the ‘core’ top or newer emotional patterns must peel away. The Release Series begins this process. They dissolve away enough emotional issues so we clearly see what lies at the ‘core’. We are then able to gain better clarity of life.
I Release Confusion elixir holds the energy of focus and stability and this grounds us through the camouflage of confusion. I Release Confusion pierces the veil of confusion and moves away any clouds so there is clarity in making choices and decisions. This allows us to clearly perceive any situation.
I Release Denial elixir releases the focus on distractions and allows us to perceive clearly who we are and what we want. No longer is it appropriate to ‘deny’ anything. The first step to release denial is having the courage to see all hidden agendas, traumas, patterns and emotional issues and fears. The second step is taking responsibility for all actions.
I Release Fear elixir addresses the ‘foundation of fear’ and flushes it out. Fear then releases smoothly allowing us the ability to move forward. The ego often exaggerates fear and makes it larger than it actually is. I Release Fear resurfaces the grooved subconscious patterns. This gives us an opportunity to rebuild our emotional foundation and grow. It’s been stated that when old fears release people have experienced dreams of dragons and monsters. The subconscious is full of symbolism.
I Release Resistance elixir nudges us forward and supplies us with movement out of the status quo. It is that gentle kick that keeps us on our spiritual path. I Release Resistance releases the inner dialogue of “oh-no”, “don’t do that”, or “be careful”, that often replays in the mind. I Release Resistance works well with Courage-Trust, I Release Fear and Forgiveness.
I Release Anger elixir works as a vaporizer to release any anger slowly and carefully. It softens anger by going deeply into the subconscious and energetically encourages anger to peacefully release. When using the crystal elixir, anger may spew out in many different ways. Some people experience angry dreams while others find themselves a bit more irritable when releasing.
I Release Emotional Addictions elixir releases the addiction of old behaviors that play along with “negative” patterning. It breaks the ground (subconscious) for change and dissolves the rigidity and hardness associated with emotional addictive behavior.
The Integration Series incorporates two Soul archetypal patterns: Healing Feminine and Healing Masculine along with five other elixirs that integrate and support the journey.
Integration Series—Healing Feminine, Healing Masculine, Sacred Union, I Surrender, Forgiveness, Courage–Trust.
Healing Feminine elixir goes into patterns of the feminine and releases the fears associated old traumas and woundedness that no longer serves the feminine in her expression in this current reality. Healing Feminine penetrates deeply into the relationship with our inner world of intuition, compassion and love and strengthens the feminine posture.
Healing Masculine elixir dismantles old patterning associated with the masculine control or need to control outcomes based in fear. Healing Masculine heals our relationship with the outer world and balances the energy of aggressiveness.
Forgiveness elixir loosens the tightness that is often present when we adamantly and fiercely hold onto old hurtful experiences. Gently it chips away at past deep hurts and persuades this old memory to loosen. Forgiveness works well with I Release Anger, I Am Love and I Release Denial.
Courage—Trust elixir fortifies the inner self. Helping us move forward, while trusting the outcomes will not be met with resistance or anger. Courage gives support while trusting the steps taken are for the highest good. Courage Trust offers a sense of peace and inner confidence that everything is in perfect order. Courage and Trust work beautifully together because they enhance inner confidence.
I Surrender elixir opens up the energy so we can let of control. Quietly dips into the limitation of the patterns and encourages us to let go with grace. As this happens, we open up and allow God to be completely present within. I Surrender releases the memory of anger and terror that so often is a by-product of events of the past. Surrender is the passage that teaches us to trust the divine within, to have faith and be totally guided—allowing peace to prevail.
Sacred Union elixir balances the energy between the polarities of the feminine and masculine energies within. We function mostly out of one aspect, either all feminine or all masculine and rarely are we in balance with these two parts of the self. When in balance this energy expresses itself through the heart and second chakra producing creative self-expression. Sacred Union perfects the balance of the divine Self.
Awaken Series—Open To Receive, I Re-Member, Mastery, I Am That I Am, Sanat Kumara and Divine Mother.
The Awaken Series awakens our dormancy and promotes a greater self-alliance to the true Divine Self.
I Re-member elixir gently jogs us into re-membering—putting back together our wholeness. Each time we have an emotional interaction and judge the experience we fragment and separate out. I Re-member gently gather us back to the center. I Re-Member my divine nature, I Re-Member who ‘I Am’.
Open to Receive elixir breaks apart the old model of ‘not receiving’. Opening the energetic gateways in the cells to allow a fusion (union) of acceptance. Open to Receive is necessary for change and growth.
Mastery elixir awakens dormant memory and activates our inner Master. It calls forward the Christ Consciousness and provides a sensation of ‘I know’ with confidence and peace. The parts of the self that are not in the mastery frequency are moved out. During times of release allow old memories to float into the conscious awareness without judgment for a final review.
I Am That I Am elixir aids the integration of our multi-dimensional awareness. It gently provokes inner wisdom to awaken while expanding the central nervous system. I Am That I Am allows us to experience greater love towards the true Self.
Sanat Kumara elixir shines the light of awareness into all parts of self that are shadowed and in fear. Sanat Kumara deeply awakens the source of unconditional love. Love is a potent healer and love activates change that awakens grander portions of the Self.
