A new level of spirituality is rising and it’s a way of interacting spiritually with a more practical tools and bringing prayer, meditation, yoga and guidance into daily routines. . .it’s actually a new way of looking at your own life . . .a more conscious way and a more alive way.

I’m 43 years old and I’ve been on a spiritual path for 12 years. The other day I realized that I’ve driven my car down a dead-end and don’t know where to go from here.  I’m very successful in my professional life and personally. I own my own art gallery, I am a commercial artist, my art is exhibited in London and I’ve traveled the world. I consider myself more conscious than most people. The Yoga Sutras and the Vedic teachings are the oldest written laws of spiritual awakening and they describe the power of consciousness and ‘knowing the inner Self’.

There is no woo-woo in learning about yourself.   The Buddha also experienced this process by seeking for seven years and it wasn’t until he sat down and quieted his mind, released fears that he realized his true divine Self.  Spirituality is and always has been the realization of knowing your true inner essence or true Self.

To “Know the Self” is to know you. This part of ‘You’ is grander than needs, or things. This ‘YOU’ loves, is compassionate, empathic, caring, forgiveness and builds an internal relationship with itself.  Not from arrogance or selfishness these are traits of limitation. Rather a relationship with love. Are you ready to accept yourself in love?  Do you believe you are worthy of love?

In these changing times it’s essential to depend on your inner wisdom. To discover the power of the inner self. . .it is your most powerful ally.. .it is your Divine Self.

The purpose of A New Enlightenment is to offer you contemporary programs of enlightenment from the ancient teachings of the yoga sutras, metaphysics and Buddhism and offer a new foundation of profound spiritual growth that awakens you into a new awareness of the body/mind experience of unconditional love.

The realization that you are already the Master of your own self, released from the limitation and free to create whatever you wish is the foundation of spirituality and A New Enlightenment.
